Dean is a highly experienced physiotherapist with nearly 20 years of expertise in the field and has worked across Australia and New Zealand as a physiotherapist and injury prevention consultant.
With a deep-rooted passion for helping individuals and companies perform at their best, Dean believes in a holistic and data-driven approach to injury management and prevention leveraging his extensive experience to tailor strategies that suit each client’s unique needs.
Dean’s reputation as a physiotherapist and a thought leader in the injury prevention space stems from his unwavering commitment to his clients’ wellbeing and his ability to provide comprehensive and effective injury prevention solutions.
Dean works nation-wide with Movement IQ’s partner companies and is available for select appointment at the physio clinic in Palmerston North.

Renee is a physiotherapist and a qualified quality management professional, holding a Postgraduate Diploma in Quality Systems. She has extensive experience in both clinical and management roles, with a strong background in quality and risk management across Australia and New Zealand.
In her previous work, Renee has successfully guided nation-wide healthcare teams through complex multi-site certification audits. In addition to her core quality management responsibilities, she has also taken on other key roles, including serving as a Privacy Officer, leading Health & Safety Committees, and contributing as a key member of a Quality Improvement and Clinical Governance Committee.
With a unique blend of 20 years of clinical expertise and quality management experience, Renee is now dedicated to driving continuous improvement in Movement IQ’s service delivery and enhancing outcomes for our local palmy clients as well as nation-wide partner companies.

Lulama is a firm believer in a holistic approach to healing, viewing each client as a whole person rather than just an injury. A graduate of the University of the Western Cape with a BSc in Physiotherapy, Lulama integrates manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and mindfulness techniques to address the root cause of pain and dysfunction. With a special interest in treating chronic pain conditions and sports injuries, Lulama is committed to fostering a supportive and encouraging environment where clients are empowered to take an active role in their recovery journey.

Loa is a Senior Physiotherapist at Movement IQ, bringing a wealth of expertise in sport and exercise medicine to her role. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy, a Postgraduate Diploma in Sport and Exercise Medicine, and a Master of Health Science majoring in Sport and Exercise. Born and raised in Levin, Loa is a proud local Samoan woman dedicated to giving back to her community. Her clinical approach blends evidence-based practice with genuine care, helping individuals—from athletes to everyday clients—move better, recover faster, and reach their full potential.
Loa provides services via our on-site clinics in Levin and Rangitikei – including supporting the health and wellbeing of the students and staff of Horowhenua College.

Originally from Zimbabwe, Blessed began his NZ physiotherapy journey in Rotorua. He’s passionate about helping people recover from injury, rebuild after surgery, and return to the activities they love. Using an evidence-based approach, Blessed focuses on building meaningful connections with his clients to support their goals and improve their health-related quality of life. When he’s not in the clinic, you’ll often find him outdoors, enjoying a walk or exploring one of New Zealand’s many scenic hiking trails.
